Bass Named Technical Coordinator

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State women's volleyball head coach Jen Flynn Oldenburg has announced the hiring of Huntir Bass as the team's technical coordinator.
"I am excited to welcome Huntir Bass to our program," said Oldenburg. "During the hiring process, Huntir stood out as someone who was eager, hungry to learn and ready to work. I believe she will be a great addition to our staff."
Bass joins the Buckeyes after two years as a mathematics instructor and volleyball coach at The Woodlands High School in Texas. In the fall of 2025, she led the Freshmen A Team to a 29-2 record and tournament championships.
"I'm incredibly grateful for the opportunity to join the Ohio State volleyball program," Bass said. "I'm looking forward to contributing to the program and doing everything I can to support our coaches and student-athletes throughout the season. Go Buckeyes!"
Bass played collegiate volleyball at Belmont. She graduated in 2020 from Belmont with a bachelor's degree in mathematics and earner her master's degree in mathematics from the University of Central Florida in 2022.
