The Buckeyes (10-3, 3-2 B1G) welcome Michigan back to Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium for the second straight week with the quarterfinal game set for noon.

- Saturday will be a busy day in the Athletics District. In addition to the men's lacrosse game, women's tennis is hosting the Big Ten Championships at the Ty Tucker Tennis Center and Ohio Stadium is hosting Luke Combs with an expected crowd of 90,000+.Â
- Men's lacrosse fans can still park for free in the Buckeye Lots on Fred Taylor Drive and must self-identify as attending the lacrosse game for free parking. A parking map can be found HERE.

- Ohio State earned a share of the 2026 Big Ten regular season championship, finishing the conference slate with a 3-2 record. The team is the league co-champion along with Johns Hopkins, Maryland and Penn State. The title is the team's second consecutive after winning the program's first Big Ten regular season championship last season.
- In the regular season finale, the Buckeyes defeated Michigan, 9-8, at Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium. The Buckeyes battled back from an early deficit and scored the game-winning goal with 3.4 seconds left in the game. Highlights included a career-high, three-goal game from Logan Soelberg, a 12-for-18 faceoff performance by Jack Oldman and a seven-save game from Caleb Fyock.
- Junior goalie Caleb Fyock was named a Tewaaraton Award nominee for the second straight season. Fyock leads the country with a 7.40 goals-against average and is top 10 nationally with a .571 save percentage. He is 9-3 on the year and has proven to be a key piece of the Buckeyes' nation-leading scoring defense. The award honors the most outstanding American college lacrosse men's and women's players.
- Fyock earned a program record 8.97 goals-against average in Big Ten play. His play helped the team to a program record 8.00 Big Ten goals-against average.
- Cullen Brown was named a finalist for the 2026 Big Ten Medal of Honor. The senior captain is the program record holder for caused turnovers in a season and career. Brown has a Big Ten-best 25 caused turnovers and 1.92 caused turnover per game in 2026. He is also third in the league with 48 ground balls, the most by a non-faceoff player. The finance major is an Ohio State Scholar-Athlete and the president of Redefining Athletic Standards (RAS) at Ohio State. Â
- Ohio State's 7.08 goals-against average holds as the best in the country. The team has led the country in the category for the last five weeks.
- The Buckeyes are led in points by Garrett Haas with 40. He has recorded back-to-back 40-point seasons and becomes the second Ohio State player to record consecutive 40-point campaigns in 10 seasons, joining Jack Myers ('23). Haas also leads the team with a career high-tying 17 assists on the year. Â
- Alex Marinier is leading the team in goals for the second straight season with 24 on the year. The graduate attackman is first in the Big Ten with four man-up goals in 2026 and is top 10 in the league with 1.85 goals per game. He tallied a team-high nine points and six goals in Big Ten play.
- Ohio State has nine double-digit point scorers in 2026. In addition to Haas and Marinier, Liam White (20), Khalif Hocker (17), Jackson Walsh (15), Logan Soelberg (13), Jake Struck (12), Russell Melendez (11) and Jacksonson Birtwistle (10) have hit double digit points. Walsh, White and Soelberg have all hit career-high point totals so far this season.
- Junior faceoff specialist Jack Oldman is one of three FOGOs in the Big Ten with a season win percentage over 60 percent this season. He is .604 from the faceoff dot in 2026 and has recorded 10+ wins in four games this year. The Pickering, Ontario native finished over 60 percent in three of five conference matchups. He also leads the conference with 5.85 ground balls per game.
- The Buckeye defense continues to pace the country with the best goals-against average on the year. The team has allowed just 7.00 goals per game and is one of three teams in the country with a scoring defense under eight a game. Ohio State has held 11 of its 12 opponents this season to single digit goals.
- Head coach Nick Myers is in his 18th season leading the Scarlet and Gray. In his Ohio State career, he has led the team to a 155-113 record. He is assisted by associate head coach Travis Crane and assistant coaches James Purpura and Justin Tuma.
- The team is captained by Cullen Brown, Blake Eiland, Taji Flynn, Alex Marinier and Bobby Van Buren.
- Cullen Brown was named the 2026 Big Ten Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Year. He is the Buckeyes' second Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year in the 11 years of Big Ten men's lacrosse conference. Robby Haus previously won the award in 2016 as a senior. Brown is the fifth Buckeye to earn a Big Ten position player of the year award.
- Ohio State is the most represented program on the 2026 All-Big Ten teams with five on the first and second team combined and eight overall including the freshman team. The team is one of three with multiple first team honorees in Brown and junior goalie Caleb Fyock. The Buckeyes lead the way with three second team members – senior short stick defensive midfielder Blake Eiland, junior defenseman Kyle Foster and junior faceoff specialist Jack Oldman. Ohio State's three representatives on the freshman team – attackman Khalif Hocker, FOGO Matt Mayfield and midfielder Jake Struck – also lead the conference.
- Ohio State went 10-3 in the regular season for its second 10-win campaign. This marks the first time the team has earned back-to-back double-digit win seasons since 1966, when the team had three straight 10-win seasons: 1964 (11-6-1), 1965 (15-2-0), and 1966 (14-0). The 2026 season is the 15th 10-win season in program history.
- Along with keeping the Big Ten trophy in Columbus, the Buckeyes also retained the Creator's Trophy with their victory over Michigan last weekend. After winning the trophy outright in 2025, Ohio State houses the trophy for the next year with the teams all finishing 1-1 against each other in 2026.
- The Buckeyes played seven ranked teams during the regular season, closing the year with six of its last eight opponents ranked in the top 15. The Buckeyes are 5-2 against ranked teams in 2026.
- Ohio State was ranked every week of its regular season and in the top 10 for 10 of 11 weeks.
- The team has played in front of three sold out crowds at Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium in the regular season.Â
- Ohio State is 5-7 all-time in the Big Ten Tournament.
- The Buckeyes and Wolverines have met four times (2021-22-23-24) in the conference tournament prior to Saturday's matchup. Ohio State looks for its first win over Michigan in the Big Ten Tournament since 2022.
