Lynn named Big Ten Freshman of the Week

The freshman won the women’s 400m hurdles at the Tom Jones Memorial last weekend.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Tatum Lynn was named the Big Ten Women's Freshman of the Week, the conference announced Wednesday.
Lynn competed in the women's 400m hurdles last weekend at the Tom Jones Memorial, winning the event with a personal best time of 57.63. The mark is currently the best of any Big Ten freshman and any Buckeye this season. The Maryland native is the second Buckeye to be named freshman of the week during the 2026 outdoor season, joining Kiara Webb who received the award on March 25.
