
Mosley Named Big Ten Women’s Co-Track Athlete of the Week

The senior recorded the fastest women’s 1500m time in the country last weekend.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Aniya Mosley was named the Big Ten Women's Co-Track Athlete of the Week, the conference announced Wednesday.
Mosley competed in her first outdoor meet of the season at the Raleigh Relays last weekend, posting an Ohio State program record time of 4:08.54 in the women's 1500m. The time is currently ranked as the fastest in the country in the event. Mosley held the previous 1500m program record with a time of 4:12.43 recorded at the Penn Relays in 2024.
The senior from Virginia Beach, Va., is coming off an indoor season where she was named the USTFCCCA Great Lakes Region Female Track Athlete of the Year and received Second-Team All-American honors for her performance in the women's 800m at the NCAA Indoor Championships. Mosley currently holds program best times in the indoor 800m, 1000m and one mile in addition to the outdoor 800m and 1500m races.
