Ohio State hit four home runs on 11 hits in the contest

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State softball (13-18) took a 9-0 run rule win over Michigan State (13-18), punctuated by a Hadley Parisien walk-off home run. The walk-off was Parisien's second in the current homestand.

The Buckeye offense scattered 11 hits over six innings, with Parisien, Sami Bewick, and Hailey Lang each going 2-3. Parisien recorded three RBI, with Abbie Wilhelm notching two. Parisien went yard twice, with Taylor Cruse and Kiki Estrada each hitting solo home runs.

Jenna Molk got the start and the win, tossing her ninth complete game and third shutout of the year with four strikeouts.

Ohio State took the lead on the first at-bat of the game with a leadoff home run by Hadley Parisien.
Kiki Estrada notched a leadoff solo home run of her own in the bottom of the second inning, giving the Buckeyes a 2-0 lead through two innings.
Taylor Cruse sent the third home run of the game over the right field wall, scoring Sami Bewick and putting Ohio State up 4-0.
In the fourth, the Buckeyes put up three more runs on an Abbie Wilhelm RBI single and a Bewick triple that scored Abbie Wilhelm and Parisien.
Parisien slammed the door on a six inning win with a two-run home run that scored Skylar Limon to take the game 9-0.
Jenna Molk (10-10) got the start and the shutout win, going the distance while allowing three hits and striking out four. Jacey Schuler (4-8) got the start and the loss for Michigan State.
