No. 25 Buckeyes Host Ducks Thursday in Columbus

The Basics

The No. 25 Ohio State women's lacrosse team is back home for a Big Ten game vs. Oregon Thursday.
The Buckeyes and Ducks will meet at 6 p.m. in Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium. Admission and parking are free. It is Dollar Dog Night featuring $1 hot dogs

Ohio State is 6-4 on the year (1-2 B1G) and coming off an 18-12 loss at No. 8 Johns Hopkins Sunday. Oregon is 6-4 (0-2 B1G) and lost a conference game at No. 11 Northwestern 17-3 last Saturday at home.

Buckeyes vs. Ducks

Thursday will be the fourth time the Buckeyes and Ducks have met on the lacrosse field.
In 2019, the Buckeyes posted a 10-5 win at U.S. Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md., and in 2014 Ohio State downed the visiting Ducks, 13-9, in Columbus.
Last year, in the first game as Big Ten foes, Ohio State defeated Oregon 20-6 in Eugene, Ore., March 12, 2025. In the win, current Buckeye Kate Tyack had a team-high five goals and six points and Kampbell Stone had four goals, while Annie Hargraves notched a hat trick.
The Ducks are scoring 11.3 goals per game, while allowing 9.7 per outing. The squad has a .509 draw control percentage and averages 28.3 shots per game, putting 20.6 on goal per game.

The Schedule Ahead

Next week, Ohio State will play at No. 5 Michigan at 7 p.m. April 2 and return home to host No. 21 Penn State at noon April 5 in Ohio State Lacrosse Stadium.
The game vs. the Wolverines will be on BTN, with the matchup vs. the Nittany Lions on B1G+.
