COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men's gymnastics team (3-2) finished second as a team (318.050) at the Stanford Open on Saturday night, improving last week's score by 6.750.

Sophomore David Ramirez earned a career-high 79.800 in the all-around competition to finish second (just 0.500 behind winner Asher Hong). He tallied career-high scores on both high bar (14.050) and parallel bars (13.950) to finish third on each of those events.

In addition to Ramirez's runner-up finish in the all-around, the Buckeyes had two make the podium on floor. Jesse Pakele (13.850) and Chase Davenport-Mills (13.600) finished second and third, respectfully, and each stuck their final pass.
