- Head Coach Rustam Sharipov: "We didn't have the best start today as our pommel horse rotation put us in an early hole. I was impressed with how our guys kept fighting in every routine to come back. We faced more adversity when we had to put in a couple of alternates on short notice, but they stepped up for us down the stretch and helped us get the win. Today was one of the best finishes to a meet that our team has had this season. I'm proud of how we stuck with it and kept the focus and energy up even when we were behind. We will look to build on this as we travel to Oklahoma next weekend."
