
Mosley Claims Big Ten Women’s Track Athlete of the Week Honors

The senior set the program record in the women’s 1000m at the Rod McCravy Memorial last weekend.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Aniya Mosley earned conference honors this week as the Big Ten Women's Track Athlete of the Week, the conference announced Wednesday.
Mosley won the women's 1000m with a time of 2:42.87 at the Rod McCravy Memorial in Louisville, Ky. last weekend. Her time established a new program record for Ohio State, besting Kate Borchers' time of 2:45.05 recorded in 2015.
The Virginia Beach Va. native now holds four individual program records at the school, owning the best times in the women's indoor 800m and 1000m in addition to the outdoor 800m and 1500m races.
Mosley and the Buckeyes will be back in action this weekend at the Indiana Invitational hosted by Indiana University, with competition beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Friday morning.
