COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Marko Borkovic, a senior from Maidenhead, England, has been named by the United Soccer Coaches to its 2025 Preseason Forward Watch List, the organization announced Tuesday.Â
Borkovic is one of the top returning Ohio State scorers from a season ago with 15 total points on five goals and five assists. The Buckeyes advanced to the 2024 College Cup Semifinals and finished the season with a 16-2-4 overall record.Â
Ohio State won both the regular-season and postseason Big Ten Tournament titles a season ago.Â
For his career, Borkovic has scored 10 goals with 11 assists for 31 points.Â
The Buckeyes, ranked No. 3 in the USC preseason poll, play their final exhibition match of the 2025 preseason at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium Friday vs. Wright State. Admission and parking are free for all Ohio State home regular-season and exhibition matches.Â
