COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 25 Ohio State women's gymnastics team heads to the campus of Penn State University this week to compete in the Pennsylvania Regional of the 2025 National Collegiate Women's Gymnastics Championships. The Buckeyes will compete against No. 9 seed Kentucky, No. 8 seed Michigan State and host Penn State in the first of two sessions of the NCAA Second Round Thursday, April 3 at 1 p.m. from Rec Hall.

The meet will be streamed on ESPN+ with Alex Perlman and Kennedy Baker on the call.

The top two teams from each session will advance to Saturday's regional final.

Buckeyes in a Nutshell
- Ohio State is making its 19th consecutive NCAA regional appearance on Thursday. The team has advanced to the regional final the last two seasons and three times in the last four years.
- The Buckeyes enter Thursday's meet with a national qualifying score of 196.395. The mark ranks 25th nationally.
- Tory Vetter, a 2025 First Team All-Big Ten honoree, leads the team with 15 event titles on the year and team-high scores on each apparatus. She is tied with JJ Coleman for first on vault and tied with Courtney McCann on beam with scores of 9.900. Her 9.925 on bars and 9.950 on floor stand alone as the team's top scores on the apparatuses this season.
- The Buckeyes' highest scoring event of the season entering NCAAs is floor. The team has an NQS of 49.315 on the event, good for 19th nationally. Five Buckeyes have hit at least a 9.900 on the event and Vetter, Sidney Washington, Coleman and Riley Guevara have scored at least 9.925s.
- Eleven Ohio State gymnasts earned winter Academic All-Big Ten honors. The honorees are: Samara Buchanan, Mary Green, Mallory Gregory, Kaitlyn Grimes, Courtney McCann, Kaylyn Mintz, Maisyn Rader, Tory Vetter, Grace Walker, Jojo Warga and Sidney Washington.
- Sixteen Buckeyes have been in the lineup at least once this season. Grimes, Guevara, Rader, Cameron Smith, Vetter, Warga and Washington have competed in all 11 meets for the Buckeyes this season. This week, seven student-athletes are expected to make their NCAA Championships debut in the lineup.
- Ohio State is led by eighth-year head coach Meredith Paulicivic. Paulicivic has earned an 83-56 record in her time at Ohio State. She is assisted by Randy Monahan, Mickayla Stuckey and Quest Hayden.
- This year marks the team's 45th appearance at the NCAA regional.
- Ohio State has made nine appearances in the national championship meet - twice in the AIAW (1981, 1982) and seven times in the NCAA with the last appearance in 2012.
- Payton Harris is the only Buckeye on the 2025 roster who has competed at the national championship. She was an all-arounder at the 2023 meet.
- Ohio State finished seventh out of 12 teams at the 2025 Big Ten Championships. The Buckeyes won the first session of the conference championship meet with a score of 196.250.
- Rylee Guevara and Tory Vetter both earned all-championships team honors.
- Vetter tied for first on floor and second on beam in the session with scores of 9.900. She finished second in the all-around (39.350).
- Guevara also scored a 9.900 on floor to tie with Vetter for first in the session and added a career high 9.850 on the apparatus in her first career conference championship meet.
- Jojo Warga scored a season high 9.875 on beam in her final Big Ten Championship meet.
- Kaitlyn Grimes finished first on vault in the session with a 9.850.
- The team earned a season-best score of 49.175 on beam.
