Ohio State and Norfolk State Face Off on 614 Night

The Buckeyes and Spartans will meet for just the second time in program history on Thursday at 6 p.m.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 21/21 Ohio State women's basketball team (9-1, 1-0 B1G) hosts Norfolk State (5-8) on Thursday evening for 614 Night. Tip-off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET in a game broadcast on B1G+ and AM1460.
Free parking is available for all fans at every home game. Ohio State students get free admission with a valid BuckID. Fans are encouraged to arrive early as the first 500 will receive a free hat, available at the northwest and northeast entrances. Live music will be played by the Upper Arlington band.

- Ohio State holds a 9-1 record after beating Toledo by an 85-60 margin on Sunday afternoon. For the third time in the past four games, the Buckeye defense forced at least 30 turnovers and recorded at least 20 steals. T'yana Todd recorded her 100th career steal.
- The Buckeyes had four score in double figures - Kennedy Cambridge (career-high 23), Chance Gray (15), Jaloni Cambridge (12) and Todd (10).
- J. Cambridge finished with a career-high eight assists and tied her season-best four steals. She was named to the Big Ten weekly honor roll.
- This season, J. Cambridge leads the Buckeye offense with 20.6 points per game. She's fourth in the conference and 17th in the nation, as of Monday. K. Cambridge leads the B1G in steals (46) and steals per game (4.6), ranking second and third in the country in those categories, respectively (as of Monday).
- Norfolk State carries a 5-8 record in Thursday's game after falling to Campbell by a 68-63 margin on Monday evening.
- The Spartans also hold wins over District of Columbia, Virginia State, Shaw, North Carolina A&T and Dillard and losses to then No. 12 Ole Miss, No. 15 Duke, No. 16 Iowa State, Penn, Hampton, Appalachian State and Georgia Tech this season.
- Jasha Clinton is among the nation's leaders in steals with 50 this season, averaging 3.85 per game. She also leads the team with 49 assists.
- Da'Brya Clark and Clinton lead Norfolk State in scoring with 14.9 and 14.7 points per game, respectively.
- Ohio State leads 1-0 in the all-time series against Norfolk State.
- The only previous meeting took place in Columbus on Nov. 14, 2021 when the Buckeyes won by an 86-48 margin.
