Q: Who has inspired you throughout your career?
A: I would say I have a lot of inspirations, but one of my biggest is probably my assistant coach, Jalen Powell. She's been there through it all. She's helped me get through so many different things, but also she's not on the court with me. So I would also say my sister. She's a big inspiration, and all the things that she does are pretty cool.
Q: Last season, you set a season program record with 130 steals, which is a huge milestone. Going into this season, what would you like to accomplish?
A: I would love to beat the single-season Big Ten steal record. I would like to make it to a Sweet 16 and beyond.
Q: What type of legacy are you wanting to leave at Ohio State? What do you want to do after graduation?
A: I just want, when my name is brought up, that everybody knows that I’m a great person. I don’t really care about what I leave behind basketball-wise, I just want the world to know that I’m a good person, kind soul. After graduation, it’s all up in the air.
Q: Big Ten Network highlighted your massive shoe collection last season. Have you already planned your debut pair for this season?
A: I went a different route this year. I did a lot of custom ones, so I would say I'm looking forward to bringing all those out.
