2026 Men's Volleyball Schedule Announced

Buckeyes host 14 matches at the Covelli Center in 2026
2026 Schedule
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ohio State will host 14 matches at the Covelli Center in 2026 with the season kicking off Jan. 8 against Central State.Â
Long Beach State, the defending national champion, visits Columbus Jan. 17 during the non-conference portion of the schedule.Â
Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association competition gets underway in Columbus against rival Ball State Feb. 19. Loyola, the defending MIVA champion, travels to Columbus March 19 before the home league season concludes April 4 against Northern Kentucky, who will be playing its first season as a MIVA member in 2026.
Ohio State will travel to California for the annual Big Ten Challenge Jan. 29 to face UCLA and then over to USC Jan. 30 in Los Angeles. The 2026 NCAA Championships will be contested at UCLA this season as well (May 7-11).
League play in MIVA opens at Northern Kentucky Feb. 5 with conference play concluding April 11 at Lindenwood.Â
The MIVA Tournament opens April 18 on campus sites.Â
