COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 12 Ohio State field hockey team (7-5, 3-1 Big Ten) travels to East Lansing, Mich., to face Michigan State (4-9, 0-4 Big Ten) on Sunday.

- The Buckeyes earned a 1-0 shutout victory over then-No. 11 Michigan last Sunday at Buckeye Varsity Field. The win was Ohio State's fourth straight victory and fifth shutout of the season.
- Makenna Webster leads the Buckeyes with 16 goals, five assists and 37 points. Webster ranks second nationally in points per game (3.08) and third nationally in goals per game (1.33). She has scored the second-most goals and points in the Big Ten.
- Goalkeeper Maddie Stevens (7-5) has five shutouts. She has made 38 saves and has a 1.11 goals against average. Stevens' goals against average ranks fifth in the Big Ten and she is tied for sixth in saves.
- Raleigh Kerst and Loryn Jordon are second on the team in scoring with three goals each. Katie Fichtner and Sienna Golden have each added two goals.
