COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State women's volleyball team (5-3) fell to Wright State (7-2) in four sets (25-17, 21-25, 18-25, 15-25) on Sunday to wrap up the Sports Imports Classic.

Ohio State used a pair of 7-2 runs to create separation in the first set after a close start and earned the 25-17 set win. Wright State evened the match with a 25-21 win in the second set, using a 4-0 run midway through the set to create the advantage in the neck-and-neck set. The Raiders used an early 4-0 run to take the lead in the match with a 25-18 set win in the third. Wright State wrapped up the match with a 25-15 win in the fourth set.

Olivia Hasbrook was the first Buckeye with 10+ digs and finished with a career-high 21 digs. Emily Londot was the first Buckeye to 10+ kills, totaling 15 kills in the match and adding 10 digs for a double-double. Mia Tuman recorded 29 assists and 12 digs for the double-double. Grace Egan totaled a season-high 10 digs and added 10 kills for her first double-double of the season.

Wright State opened scoring and the teams were close early, trading points and the lead. The Raiders used a 4-0 run to take an 8-6 lead. After trailing 10-9, the Buckeyes strung together an extended 7-2 run to take a 16-12 lead on an ace from Londot and force a Wright State timeout. Ohio State used another 7-2 run out of the timeout to increase its lead to 23-14. The Buckeyes capped a 25-17 set win on a kill from Rader.
