COLUMBUS, Ohio -- No. 10 Ohio State (17-8, 10-5 MIVA) concludes Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association regular-season play Thursday against McKendree (7 p.m./B1G+) and then plays the final match before postseason play begins against Maryville Friday (7 p.m./B1G+). Both matches will be held at the Covelli Center.

The Buckeyes enter the final week of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association regular season assured of a Top 4 finish in the final standings. The Top 4 teams will host a MIVA Tournament Quarterfinal match April 13. Gametime and opponent will be announced after all regular-season matches have been contested this weekend.
Ohio State will celebrate its seniors following its match against non-league foe Maryville Friday (7 p.m./B1G+). Michael Wright, Noah Platfoot, Thomas Poole, Justin Howard, Jacob Pasteur and Nate Wilson, Ohio State's technical coordinator, will be honored.
Junior Kyle Teune was named the MIVA Co-Offensive Player of the Week after the Buckeyes swept No. 12 Ball State in Muncie, Indiana. Teune hit .714 with 11 kills on 14 swings in the win.
Ohio State owns a 17-6 record over McKendree all-time. The Buckeyes are 6-5 on the road in the series. Ohio State is 11-1 in Columbus against the Bearcats.
The match against Maryville is the second in the series with the Saints. The Buckeyes are 1-0 after a 3-0 win Jan. 20, 2023 in Columbus.
