
Nine Buckeyes Honored as CGA All-America Scholar-Athletes

The College Gymnastics Association announced team and individual academic All-Americans.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The College Gymnastics Association (CGA) announced its top-10 academic teams and individual All-America Scholar-Athletes. Seven individuals were named 2023 First Team All-America Scholar-Athletes, while two were named to the second team. Ohio State received an honorable mention as a team.

To qualify for the first team, an individual must earn a 3.5 grade-point average or higher. Individuals who earn a GPA between 3.20 and 3.499 are honored on the second team.

Ohio State gymnasts to make the first team include: Jacob Harmon, Tyler Rockwood, Arthur Ashton, Parker Thackston, Donovan Hewitt, Kameron Nelson and Jadon Roberson.

Buckeyes on the second team include: Luke Smigliani and Kazuki Hayashi.
