Buckeyes Compete at First Day of Raleigh Relays

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State track and field team began competition at the Raleigh Relays on Thursday.
- The Ohio State men had a strong showing in the shot put with Carlos Aviles finishing fourth overall (18.53m) and Hayden Tobias finishing fifth overall (18.35m).
- Abby Kuhn cleared 3.70m in the women’s pole vault to finish 10th among those competing in the invitational section.
- Nick Miller finished second in his heat in the men’s 1500m (3:45.95) with the fastest time to open outdoor season among the Ohio State men. He was 34th out of 200 runners who completed the race.
