Kristin Jamieson to Join Buckeyes for 2019-20

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Therese Hession, Ohio State director of golf, announced Tuesday the signing of Kristin Jamieson to the Buckeyes’ women’s golf program.
“We are excited about Kristin’s commitment to Ohio State women’s golf,” Hession said. “She is an up-and-coming player with an amazing work ethic on the golf course and in the classroom. Kristin’s best golf is ahead of her and we’re excited she wants to be a part of Buckeye Nation.”

Jamieson, from Hillsboro, Ohio, was a three-year state qualifier at Hillsboro High School. While playing for the Hillsboro girl’s team during her first three years of high school, Jamieson earned All-Frontier Athletic Conference and Player of the Year honors while garnering all-district and district player of the year laurels. As a senior, Jamieson jumped over to the boy’s team to earn All-Frontier Athletic Conference and Player of the Year honors in addition to second team All-Ohio recognition after placing sixth in the girl’s Division 1 State Tournament.
