Spring Slate Starts on the First of March – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio State University women’s volleyball team, coming off its fourth NCAA Sweet 16 appearance since 2010, begins full Spring season team training with the first official practice on March 1 running through the final Spring practice on April 20. In addition to team practices at St. John Arena, the Buckeyes will also travel to compete against several universities.
A Big Ten battle awaits OSU on March 25, driving north in the state to Maumee for a meeting with Michigan State. The Buckeyes travel on April 2 as well, heading to West Virginia to face the 2015 NCAA D-II National Champions, Wheeling Jesuit University.
Ohio State then ventures downtown the following Saturday (April 9), clashing with Kent State inside the Columbus Convention Center. The Spring slate’s competition portion wraps up the next week (April 16) when Ohio State goes to the Circle City Invitational in Indianapolis.
