VERO BEACH, Fla. — Clark Engle recorded the 14th Top-25 individual finish of his collegiate career, earning a share of 15th place in the 75-player Quail Valley Intercollegiate. The Ohio State senior tallied a 4-under total on rounds of 68-72-72 (212) which included 13 total birdies.
The Buckeyes ranked fourth with 57 birdies and placed 11th overall (+7) among 15 teams in the competition. Sophomore Caleb Ramirez paced the squad racking up 14 birdies and seized a piece of 35th place at 1-over (69-70-78).
Daniel Wetterich and Addison Coll joined Engle has three-time contributors to the team tally. Wetterich ranked third on the team and 48th in the event at 4-over (220). He began at even par in the opening round before registering back-to-back 74’s to close out the trip to Florida. Coll and Will Grimmer each concluded the Fall season slate by carding 225.
