COLUMBUS, Ohio – Preseason preparation time is quickly dwindling for Ohio State Women’s Volleyball as just 10 days remain before the season opener at Wyoming on August 28.
Taylor Sandbothe, a junior middle blocker, dons the No. 10 jersey and took a few minutes to chat with OhioStateBuckeyes.com for the latest ‘Countdown Close-Up.’

Sandbothe enters 2015 ranking among Ohio State’s all-time top-20 in four career statistical categories, including tied for third with 1.09 blocks per set. Her 55 solo blocks are already slotted 13th in school history while 260 total blocks and .262 attacking percentage both rank 19th.
The Lee’s Summit, Mo., native participated in the first ever Big Ten Women’s Volleyball Foreign Tour this summer after earning AVCA All-America honorable mention as a sophomore in 2014.
