Walker Finishes Seventh in the 400 at Jamaican Senior Nationals – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Junior SoSo Walker earned a seventh-place finish in the 400-meter dash at the 2015 Jamaica Athletic Administrative Association (JAAA) National Senior Championships Sunday in Kingston, Jamaica.
A 2015 Second Team All-American and the Big Ten runner-up in the event, Walker raced to a seventh-place time of 52.43 seconds. The Lawrenceville, Ga., native competed in three races over three days, earning her spot in the finals with a third-place time of 52.22 seconds. She owns a personal-best time of 51.53 and the Ohio State school record in the event, set at the NCAA East Preliminary in May.
