COLUMBUS, Ohio – Senior Carly Pendleton earned Honorable Mention All-America honors in the discus throw at the 2015 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships Saturday at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore.
Competing at her first NCAA championship meet as a Buckeye, Pendleton used a throw of 47.41 meters (155-6.00) to finish 23rd overall. Pendleton qualified as the No. 43 seed out of the East preliminary with a 10th-place and personal-best throw of 51.29 meters (168-3.00).
