Q. What do you miss most about your hometown?
A. What I miss most is probably just having more space to move around and relax. My parents have some land and it’s nice to just hang out in the yard and play with my dogs!
Q. Besides you, who is the most famous person from your hometown?
A. I don’t know if I would consider myself famous. But there isn’t anyone from my home town that I know of who is famous.
Q. How often do you get home?
A. During the summer I go home about every other weekend. During the fall I go home maybe three times a quarter but during season (winter) I don’t go home.
Q. What do people from your hometown ask you?
A. I get asked all of the time if I am going to the Olympics.
Q. What’s the biggest difference between your hometown and Columbus?
A. The biggest difference between my hometown and Columbus is the amount of land that I don’t have in Columbus.
Q. How would you describe your hometown?
A. I would describe my hometown as a township.
Q. How many stoplights are in your hometown?
A. My home town literally has one stoplight.
Q. What is the population of your hometown?
A. The population of my town is 6,753.
Q. How long has your family lived in your hometown?
A. My family has lived in my hometown since 1948.
Q. What sport/activity is the most popular in your hometown?
A. The most popular sport in my hometown is probably golf because there are many golf courses around.
Q. What is the tallest building in your hometown?
A. The tallest building in my hometown would probably be a barn or any three story house
Q. What do visitors to your hometown need to see/do?
A. Visitors come to my hometown for the buzzards.
Q. Most prominent industry/line of work?
A. There are no businesses in my hometown because we are a township and therefore do not allow companies to be located there.
Q. What is the biggest attraction in your hometown?
A. The biggest attraction in my hometown is buzzard day, which is held at my elementary school. It is a day to celebrate the return of the buzzards.
Q. Is there is local food your hometown is known for?
A. There is no food that we are known for. We have a donut shop a pizza place and a bar and that’s it.
Q. What’s your favorite place in your hometown?
A. My favorite place in my hometown are the 8th and 9th hole of Ironwood Golf Course.
