COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State women’s swimming coach Bill Dorenkott was interviewed at the American Swim Coaches Association annual convention in Las Vegas. He talked with Floswimming.org’s Gartett McCaffrey about developing successful student-athletes and being a life-long learner.
“I think what is unique about a student-athlete is that you are in an environment that promotes growth on a lot of levels, whether it is personal growth, academic growth or athletic growth. I think it is important to find the right individual who is open to growing and the catalyst for growing is change.”
