Women’s Volleyball: Buckeye Home Match against Northwestern added to the Big Ten Network Broadcast Schedule – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio The Big Ten Conference announced Tuesday that the Saturday, Nov. 8 Northwestern at Ohio State women’s volleyball match will be telecast live on the Big Ten Network. The starting time has been moved to 8 p.m. and will be part of a doubleheader on the network with the 6 p.m. Wisconsin at Michigan match.
The Buckeyes have two other matches on the Big Ten Network. Ohio State will host Michigan, at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24 and will face the Wolverines in the return match at Michigan at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12.
The Buckeyes will also play two Sunday home matches because of schedule conflicts with home football games. OSU’s match with Purdue has been moved to Oct. 12 and the Iowa match is now Oct. 26. Both matches are 2 p.m. starts. Two road matches have also been moved to Sunday. The Buckeyes will play at Wisconsin Oct. 5 and at Minnesota Nov. 23 in 1 p.m. (CT) starts.
Ohio State will open the 2008 season hosting the Sports Imports Classic Friday, Aug. 29 and Saturday, Aug. 30. The Buckeyes open the Classic at 11 a.m. Friday vs. Toledo and close out the first day of play against Xavier at 7:30 p.m. Ohio State will play Youngstown State Saturday at 6 p.m. following the Ohio State Youngstown State football game at noon.
