Official Rules and Eligibility
1. All entrants must be enrolled in 8th grade or under.
2. One (1) entry winner will be drawn one week prior to each game from all the entries submitted via www.ohiostatebuckeyes.com. The entry winner will receive notification via email or by phone one week prior to the game in which they were chosen.
3. In the event that the selected entry winner will not be able to be present at the match in which they were chosen for to claim their prize(s), they will be eliminated from the contest. Therefore, another entry will be drawn until an eligible winner is determined.
4. The winner will be invited to be the honorary captain of a designated Ohio State Women’s Lacrosse game. The winner will receive a Buckeye Prize Pack.
5. All Ohio State Athletic Department employees and families, and executors of the Ohio State Women’s Lacrosse Honorary Captain Program are NOT eligible to enter.
6. Persons of high school age are not eligible to enter per NCAA regulations.
7. Before being awarded a Prize, potential winners and his/her companions/guests must sign PSE’s standard form of Declaration, Release and Waiver form, releasing the Released Parties from any and all liability arising from, among other things: (i) participation in the Contest; and (ii) acceptance of the prizes awarded therein; and (iii) the administration of the Contest and distribution of the prizes awarded therein.
