COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State student radio station’s coverage of Buckeye softball returns to the internet Wednesday to call the non-conference doubleheader between Ohio State and visiting IUPUI. The action starts at 5 p.m. from Buckeye Field and can be heard live at www.OhioStateSports.com.
Josh Ellis and Gabe Norris will call the action Wednesday. Listeners will need I-tunes or winamp to listen to the game. I-tunes can be downloaded free at www.apple.com.
GameTracker will also have live statistics at www.OhioStateBuckeyes.com. Any delays due to weather will also be posted on Ohio State’s softball Web site at that same location.
The Buckeyes (22-14, 5-1 Big Ten) are coming off a split at No. 7 Northwestern last Friday and Saturday to take over sole possession of first place in the Big Ten for the first time since April 2002. IUPUI (8-25, 1-5 Mid-Continent) is coming off losses to Purdue Tuesday, 6-0 and 16-4, which marked the Jaguars first games against a Big Ten team this spring.
