COLUMBUS, Ohio The Ohio State women’s tennis team finished the fourth and final day of competition at the ITA Midwest Regional Championships at the Varsity Tennis Center in Ann Arbor, Mich.
Junior Angela DiPastina was the lone Buckeye to compete Sunday and faced third-seed Cosmina Ciobanu of Notre Dame. After defeating 15th-seed, Milica Veselinovic of Iowa, 6-2, 3-6, 7-5, to reach the round of 16, DiPastina could not duplicate that success against Ciobanu and fell, 6-3, 6-4.
