Ohio State Women’s Tennis Players Ranked In ITA Regional Rankings – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State women’s tennis juniors Caitlin O’Keefe (Troy, Mich./Troy) and Sonia Ruzimovsky (Brooklyn, N.Y./Brooklyn Technical) and sophomore Julie Blackmore (Fort Lauderdale, Fla./Cardinal Gibbons) were ranked in the final 2006 Intercollegiate Tennis Association’s Midwest Regional rankings.
In singles, O’Keefe finished ranked No. 24 and Ruzimovsky was No. 27. O’Keefe also teamed up with Blackmore at the No. 15 spot in the doubles poll.
The Buckeyes kick off the fall season Friday when they travel to Princeton, N.J., for the Princeton Invitational. The three-day tournament will be held at the Lenz Tennis Center in Princeton.
