Ohio State to Hold Tryouts Sept. 20 – Ohio State Buckeyes

The Ohio State softball coaching staff will hold tryouts Sept. 20 at Buckeye Field.
Only those individuals enrolled in a full-time class load for the fall quarter (minimum of 12 credit hours) will be eligible to participate in this year’s tryouts.
Date: September 20, 2006
Time: 3 p.m.
Where: Buckeye Field, which is located next to The Woody Hayes Athletic Center (Building 270 area L-3 on the campus map)
Candidates must pick up a packet of forms which include:
1. Completed Tryout Information Sheet
2. Completed Release of Claims Form
3. Completed Agreement to Release and Indemnify the University Form-please complete form only if you are under the age of 18
4. A copy of a general physical administered by a doctor in the last 12 months. The physical must include the doctor’s signature.
Deadline: All forms must be received no later than 5 p.m. on the Friday before tryouts. You may mail or drop the forms off at our office at the following address or fax a copy to the OSU softball offices at 614-292-9195.
