Men’s Golf Ties for 13th at Schenkel Invitational – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s golf team finished tied for 13th at the Schenkel Invitational Sunday at the Forest Heights Country Club in Statesboro, Ga. The Buckeyes shot a final round of 303 (+15) for a three-round total of 890 at the 6,945-yard, par-72 course.
Junior Colin Biles (Columbus, Ohio/Upper Arlington) tied for 25th to lead the Buckeyes in individual play after shooting a third round of 4-over-par to finish at 220 (73-70-77). Matt Harmon of Michigan State shot 9-under-par at 68+69+70=207 to finish as the tournament’s top individual finisher.
Buckeye Jared Jones (Jr., Kenova, W.Va./Spring Valley) shot a final round of 8-over-par to finish tied for 44th at 224 (+8).
Up next for Ohio State is the 40th annual Morris Williams Intercollegiate Golf Tournament April 3-4 at the Austin Country Club in Austin, Texas.
