Buckeyes Complete Big Ten Championship at Pumpkin Ridge

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ohio State freshman Giedrius Mackelis carded a round of 2-over 72 to lead Ohio State in the final round of the Big Ten Championship at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club in North Plains, Ore., on Sunday.
As a team, the Buckeyes finished in 18th place at 45-over par.
Mackelis finished the tournament at 8-over par and tied for 47th to pace the Buckeyes. Vaughn Harber was two shots behind him at 10-over par following a final round 74.
Tyler Sabo shot 73 on Sunday and finished at 15-over while Jack Vojtko had a final round 77 to finish at +17. Joe Wilson IV rounded out the Buckeye scoring five on Sunday with a final round 76.
Ohio State will host an NCAA Regional on May 18-20 at the OSU Golf Club. The men’s golf NCAA Selection Show is set for Wednesday, May 6 at 2 p.m. on the Golf Channel.
