Rain Cancels Evansville Tournament – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS Ohio – Rain has cancelled the Evansville Tournament this weekend for the Ohio State softball team. The Buckeyes were scheduled to play a total of four games Saturday and Sunday against host Evansville and No. 22 Louisville, but will return to Columbus to begin preparations for the Buckeye Invitational next weekend.
Ohio State will host the six-team tournament next Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Buckeye Field. OSU will take on Robert Morris at 4 p.m. Fri., followed by a 6 p.m. game against Pittsburgh. The Buckeyes will then face Central Michigan at 3 p.m. Sat., before meeting Kent State at 5 p.m.
