COLUMBUS, Ohio – Kevin Grabeman, a freshman from Springboro, Ohio, shot an opening round 74 to lead Ohio State after 18 holes at the Inverness Invitational Monday in Toledo, Ohio.
Ohio State is tied for 10th overall with two rounds to play. The second round will be played Monday afternoon with the final scheduled for Tuesday at the par 71, 7,255-yard Inverness Club.
Taylor Wood of USC is the individual leader with a 2-under 69. The Trojans lead the team scoring as well, with a score of 289 (+5). Toledo is second at 293 (+9).
Ohio State shot 302 in the opening round.
