Men’s Gymnastics Announces Annual Awards – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s gymnastics announced team awards Saturday at the annual team banquet as the Buckeyes reflected on the past season where they finished second at the Big Ten and NCAA championships. Senior Raj Bhavsar (Houston, Texas) was named the team’s MVP for the second-consecutive year. The most improved Buckeye was sophomore Cody Trobaugh (Dallas, Texas). The coaches award, given to the hardest worker, was presented Jamey Houle (Jr., Enfield, Conn.). The most consistent was split between sophomores Randy Monahan (So., Elizabethtown, Pa.) and Kerry Adderly (So., Orlando, Fla.). Tim Saxton (So., Pickerington, Ohio) won the underclassman scholar-athlete award and Houle won the upperclassman scholar-athlete award.
