Ohio State Softball Forced To Adjust Schedule – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio-The No. 25 Ohio State softball team (17-12, 2-2 Big Ten) has been forced to adjust its scheduled Wednesday and Friday games with Akron and Toledo because of rescheduling conflicts and forecasted rain in the Akron, Ohio area Wednesday. The doubleheader with Toledo, which was originally scheduled for Friday, April 11 at Buckeye Field, will now be played Wednesday, April 9 beginning at 3 p.m. at Buckeye Field. The Buckeyes then will travel to Akron Thursday, April 10 for a doubleheader with the Zips beginning at 2 p.m. at the University of Akron softball field instead of Firestone Stadium.
Ohio State will have no games Friday or Saturday and will play host to Big Ten leader Iowa for a doubleheader beginning at noon Sunday at Buckeye Field.
