Men’s Golf 15th After Two Rounds – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State men’s golf team posted a score of 607 (302-305) for 15th place Saturday after two rounds of the Chris Schenkel E-Z-Go Invitational in Statesboro, Ga. The event is being held at the par 72 Forest Heights Country Club (6,945 yards) and hosted by Georgia Southern University.
Clemson leads the 15-team field with a 567 (281-286) while Wake Forest holds second at 569 (285-284).
Ohio State junior Zach Doran (Dublin, Ohio/Columbus Academy) leads the Buckeyes in a tie for 13th place after shooting a two-under-par 70 in the second round. Doran recorded a 73 in the first round for a composite 143.
Auburn’s Will Claxton leads the field individually at 138 (67-71).
The final round is scheduled for 8 a.m. Sunday.
