Buckeyes Ranked Among Nation’s Best – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Four Ohio State singles players are ranked in the Omni Hotels Collegiate Tennis Preseason Rankings. For the men, Jeremy Wurtzman is ranked No. 21 and Phil Metz holds down the 29th spot. On the women’s side, Erica Fisk is No. 69 and Sadhaf Pervez is ranked 89th. In doubles, the men’s duo of Wurtzman and Conor Casey is tied for 51st.
The women’s team opens its season with the OSU/Prince Cup at the Stickney Tennis Center on the OSU campus. The three-day tournament will be held Friday, Sept. 20-Sunday, Sept. 22.
