Men’s Golf Begin Spring Schedule Firing 890 at Gator Invite – Ohio State Buckeyes

%^$COLUMBUS, Ohio-The No. 9/10 Ohio State men’s golf team saved their best for last but it was too late as the Buckeyes (1-12-1overall, 0-0 Big Ten) shot their lowest round of the Gator Invitational during the final round Sunday. The Buckeyes finished the tournament tied for 13th with Central Florida with a score of 890 (+50).%^$
%^$The top finisher for OSU was Justin Collins after he fired a final round 2-under (68) to finish in a tie for 37th place with a 10-over 220. Collins’ final round was the only Buckeye round below par for the tournament.%^$
%^$The host No. 4 Florida Gators finished tied for second behind the invitational champion Louisiana State, who fired an 846 (+ 6).%^$
%^$Ohio State will compete next when they travel to Las Vegas, Nev. to compete in the UNLV Intercollegiate March 8-10.%^$
