Freshman Comes Out on Top in Fall Qualifier – Ohio State Buckeyes

As the 1999 Fall Qualifier comes to an end it looks like youth will be leading the way for the Buckeyes this year. With a 71.1 average over eight rounds, Freshman Justin Collins was announced as the 1999 Jack Nicklaus Low Qualifier Winner. Following Collins is a group of six sophomores and a junior. These eight golfers will be asked to lead a senior-less Buckeye team into the upcoming season.
