Ohio State Divers Fare Well After Day One of NCAA Zone Championships – Ohio State Buckeyes

Four Ohio State divers fared well after the first day of competition at the NCAA Diving C Zone Championships in Bloomington, Ind. Ryan Fillmann (So, Muncie, Ind.) was 15th in the mens one meter dive. On the womens front two freshman led the way in the three meter dive. Holly Underwood (Fr., Conroe, Texas) was sixth, Melanie Johnson (Fr., Boca Raton, Fla.) finished eighth and Carrie Ziebarth (Jr. Auburn, Wash.) was 21st. Dan Croaston of Minnesota and Angie Trostel of Cincinnati captured the mens one meter and womens three meter events respectively. The meet concludes on Sat. with the mens three meter dive and womens one meter dive.%^$
