Scarlet & Gray Final Test Before Big Tens – Ohio State Buckeyes

The Buckeyes are coming off an impressive showing at the Butler Canon Classic IV in Indianapolis over the weekend. Andrew Pierce ran his streak in the 400 to four consecutive wins. In the process of gaining his fourth win, he became the new school record-holder, and has the fastest 400 time in the nation. Also, Pierce has the fastest indoor time anyone has ever run in the state of Ohio, including the Buckeyes own Butch Reynolds.
SCARLET AND GRAY INVITATIONAL
The Buckeyes will host several schools for the Scarlet and Gray Invitational on Sat. Feb. 13. Ohio State intends to use this meet as a tune-up for the following weeks Big Ten Indoor Championships. Competing schools include Berea College (M), Miami University (M), Ball State (M&W) and West Virginia (M&W).
BIG TEN CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION
Ohio State is hosting the Big Ten Women’s Indoor Track Championships on Feb. 20-21 in the French Field House. The men are on the road at the University of Wisconsin the same weekend for the Big Ten Mens Indoor Track Championships.
