FLYNN TIED FOR 15TH IN CAREER ACES

FLYNN NINTH IN CAREER DIGS
A season-high 18 digs against Penn State and five against Northwestern gives Jen Flynn a career-total of 1,048 and moves her into ninth place on the OSU career list. She passed Kristi Neuman (1983-86) with 1,045 and needs five digs to move past No. 8 Gabriele Jobst (1992-94) who has 1,052.
DENTING THE LIONS
With Ohio State’s 17-15 game three win over Penn State, the Buckeyes became only the sixth team to take at least a game from Penn State this season. PSU lost to Florida 2-3 for its only loss of the season. The Nittany Lions have lost games to Nebraska (1), Texas (1), Texas (1), Michigan State (2) and Wisconsin (1). The game win for OSU also stopped a seven-match string of shutouts by Penn State over the Buckeyes.
