Men’s Golf finishes 12th at Ping Preview – Ohio State Buckeyes

MINNEAPOLIS – Senior Al Hromulak (Johnstown, Pa.) paced the Buckeyes with rounds of 74-74-75–223 to finish tied for 16th at the Ping/Golfweek Preview Invitational held at the Hazeltine National Golf Course in Chasica, Minn. As a team, Ohio State shot 311-310-303–924 to end the event 12th. Oklahoma State, ranked No. 6 nationally, won the event with rounds of 297-290-293–880 to outdistance No. 3 Georgia (294-302-292–888).
Charles Howell of Oklahoma State took medalist honors with a three-round score of 216 (73-69-74).
