Softball’s Jaime Chenevey Earns Second Team All-Big Ten Honors – Ohio State Buckeyes

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Big Ten Conference announced today that Ohio State softball player Jamie Chenevey (Jr., Wooster, Ohio) has been named to the All-Big Ten second team.
%^$The catcher had a stellar year leading the Buckeyes with four home runs and 32 RBI. She also carried a .315 batting average and had nine steals. In conference games, Chenevey carried a team high .338 BA with one home run and 12 RBI.
%^$”In the two years I have been here, Jaime has developed into a fine catcher and ballplayer,” OSU head coach Linda Kalafatis said. “This is a definite reflection of that.”
%^$The Buckeyes finished the season with a 33-23 overall and 10-14 Big Ten record.
