Women’s Softball Drop 6-0 Decision to Central Michigan – Ohio State Buckeyes

Sacramento, Calif. – In the opening round of pool play of the 1998 Sacramento State/AirTouch Cellular Capital Classic Tournament, Ohio State (6-5) dropped a 6-0 decision to Central Michigan. Kristi Maring (1-2) took the loss for the Buckeyes who had five hits and four errors in the game. Amy Paumier and Toni Hileman went two for three for Ohio State.
The Buckeyes continue play today with pool play games against Baylor (9 a.m.) and Sacramento State (1 p.m.).
