COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State pistol team began the 2022 calendar year much like it finished 2021 – with a win. The Buckeyes defeated Texas A&M by a score of 6,648-6,170 in College Station to improve to 6-0 on the season.

- Katelyn Abeln (Jr.) had the highest individual total in sport (563)
- The Buckeyes had five of the top six individual 3-gun aggregate scores
